153 Pages - This is listed as an amendment, but note that is says "Amendment In The Nature Of A Substitute" and "Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following." This basically means that the original was scrapped and this replaced it in it's entirety.
9 Pages - A Manager's Amendment is a package of numerous individual amendments agreed to by both sides in advance. The managers are the majority and the minority members who manage the debate on a bill for their side.
